Last week we won our first international award! At the Brussels Beer Challenge 2016 our beloved Osiris was honoured with the silver medal in the category ‘modern saison’.
Osiris is our farmhouse ale, which is a modern take on the classic Belgium beer style saison. But we brew this one with spelt, oats, caramel malt and big buckets of America’s favorite hop: Cascade. These ingredients combine very well with the aroma that the special saison yeast produces, making Osiris super fresh and fruity!
